Troubleshooting

Possible Reason
Battery is drained.
Battery terminals are not in
the correct position.
Battery power is low.
If the battery is drained
completely, the mark does
not appear.
Temperature will change at
awaking, in activity, after
eating.
Incorrect sensor position
The device calculates a
equilibrium temperature
after five minutes.
Therefore, it includes error.
The paring is not
established.
Battery is not enough.

Recommended Action
Replace a battery with new one.
Reinstall the battery with negative
and positive terminals matching
those indicated on the battery
compartment.
Replace a battery with new one.
Measure the same temperature
condition.
Check the sensor position.
Measure after several minutes
again or use the equilibrium
measurement.
Place the device in proximity of
the receiver. Make a paring.
