What should I do if there is a problem?
The blind moves for no apparent
reason.
– The sun protection function may
be activated and moves the blind
to a different sun protection
position („Sun protection
function" , p. 37).
– It may be that the blind is being
manually operated through an
extension unit (see „Manual
operation of the blind" , p. 39).
The sun protection function is not
reacting.
The sun protection function is only
active when the blind has previously
been moved to the upper limit position.
Any manual adjustment immediately
deactivates the sun protection
function. To reactivate the sun
protection function, raise the blind to
the upper limit position by pressing and
holding the corresponding button.
When the sun protection function is
activated, the blind moves beyond
the sensor position.
The brightness behind the blind (on the
sensor) is at a higher level than the
brightness value you have set. Reset
the brightness value (see „Setting the
sun protection and twilight functions" ,
p. 50).
While the astro function is activated,
the blind moves at times that
deviate significantly from the actual
times of sunrise or sunset.
– Check that you have set the date
and astro time shift (see „Astro
function" , p. 34) correctly.

– Check whether you have activated
winter time instead of summer
time, or vice versa (see „Switching
summer/winter time/learned
travel time" , p. 40).
The blind does not move to the
lower limit position, but stops
before reaching it.
– Check if a learned travel time is
activated that is too short to allow
the blind to be lowered completely
(see „Individual blind travel time" ,
p. 36).
– Some blind motors are fitted with
an overload protection system
which stops the blind when it is
under excessive strain. Please
refer to the blind control
instructions.
The blind does not react when
buttons are pressed.
– An "up" command may be
activated on the blind control
insert extension input (see
„Manual operation of the blind" ,
p. 39).
– The wind alarm may be currently
active (see „Wind alarm" , p. 38).
The blind does not react to a
programmed switching time.
The wind alarm may be currently active
(see „Wind alarm" , p. 38).
