ANOMALOUS PERFORMANCE DURING THE PRODUCT TESTING
a - Blades set into motion but they stop substantially before, comparing to the required position
b - Blades set into motion, they stop and they set into motion in the opposite direction and then they
stop again

ANOMALOUS PERFORMANCE DURING THE USE OF THE PRODUCT
n - Blades set into motion, they stop and they set into motion in the opposite direction
o - Blades reach a 45° opening only
p - Once reached the complete closure or opening the motor makes noise
q - During the blade operation the motor makes noise
r - A part of the Led strip switches on with a different color or it does not switch on
s - One spotlight do not switch on
t - The Raso awning stops during operation both going up and going down
u - The functions available on the structure activate autonomously without commands from the remote
control
v - Some of/all the functions of the structure do not work and the control units emit an intermittent sound 11
z - Some channels of the remote control cannot be activated
OPERATIONS
1 - Check the kinematic motion of the blades by removing any obstacle to the operation
2 - If Spot light spotlights are present, check that their wiring, situated at the end of the blades, do not
prevent the blades from moving
3 - Check that all connections of the encoder circuit have been carried out and that the matching of the
wire colors has been respected
4 - Check the correct wall installation of the blades fixed profile/gutter
5 - Check that in the area there are no electromagnetic interferences
6 - If sensors are present, check that the performance of the blades is not the consequence of the usual
operation of the sensors
7 - Carry out the setting of the limit switch through remote control excluding/disconnecting temporarily
the wind and rain sensors, if present
8 - Carry out the setting of the limit switch
9 - The channel restriction function has been activated, deactivate it
10 - The remote control is equipped with batteries, which are charged
11 - Check that the electrical system connections are correct and intact
12 - Check that the electrical system of the structure is complete and that all its components are powered
13 - Check that the mains supply is present
14 - The motor/ the Led strip/ the spotlight is damaged and must be replaced
15 - Check the link; Install the "L" shaped steel bracket to separate the sensor from the structure
16 - Check that the fabric has not gathered and/or is blocked inside the cassette
17 - Check that the Raso front profile does not meet obstacles during operation, inside the cassette and
along the guides
18 - Contact Pratic Customer service, providing the order reference of the structure
