verifiche e controlli planarità dipendenti dal sito di posa.
I termini di posa delle strutture Hi-Pergolas, salvo
diverso accordo scritto a pena di nullità, sono indicativi
e non impegnativi. In particolare i tempi della posa in
opera di tali strutture sono direttamente dipendenti
dalla complessità della o delle strutture nonché dal
caratteristiche del personale impiegato dal Cliente per
il montaggio. In conseguenza di un tanto il ritardo nella
posa in opera di tali strutture non può dar luogo né a
penalità, né a richiesta di danni e/o interessi, né giustifica
l'annullamento dell'ordine.

pour les vérifications et contrôles de la planéité subor-
donné au site de l'installation.
Les délais d'installation des structures Hi-Pergolas, sauf
disposition contraire convenue par écrit sous peine de
nullité, sont indicatifs et non-contraignants. En particulier le
temps d'installation de ces structures dépend directement
de la complexité de la structure ou des structures ainsi
que des caractéristiques du personnel employé par le
client pour le montage. Par conséquent le retard dans
l'installation de ces structures ne peut donner lieu ni à
pénalité, ni à demande de dommages et/ou intérêts, ni
justifie l'annulation de la commande.

The installation terms for Hi-Pergolas structures, unless
otherwise stated in a written agreement under penalty
of nullity, are just an indication and are not binding.
In particular, the installation times for these structures
depend directly on the complexity of the structure/s and
on the characteristics of the operators involved by the
Customer for the assembly operations. Consequently, any
delay in the installation of these structures cannot cause
penalties, claims for damages and/or interests, nor it can
justify the cancellation of the order.

04
+ Zeiten für Überprüfungen und Kontrollen der
Ebenheit, die von dem Aufstellungsort abhängig sind.
Die Aufstellungsbedingungen der Strukturen Hi-Pergolas,
sofern nicht schriftlich anders unter Androhung der
Nichtigkeit vereinbart, sind indikativ und nicht verbindlich.
Insbesondere, sind die Aufstellungszeiten dieser Strukturen
direkt abhängig von der Komplexität der Struktur oder der
Strukturen, sowie von den Eigenschaften des von dem
Kunde zur Montage beschäftigten Fachpersonals. Deshalb,
kann die Verzögerung bei der Aufstellung dieser Strukturen
keine Strafe, keinen Anspruch auf Schadenersatz und/oder
Interessen verursachen und rechtfertigt keine Stornierung
des Auftrags.
