DCD:
Data Carrier Detect
DCD pin is active. Light diode indica-
tion according to the IO type selected:
Radio
DCD is on when a unit in the radio sys-
tem has asked for and received permis-
sion to send data.
Modem (G100 with modem (dial-up)
connection to main system. G100 can
make alarm dial-up).
DCD is on when G100 is connected to
main system.
PLC
DCD
DCD is permanently on when G100 is
RTS
powered.
TxD1
RxD1
Direct (G100 permanently connected to
TxD2
main system).
RxD2
DCD is permanently on when G100 is
powered.
Direct (G100 with modem (dial-up) con-
nection to main system. G100 cannot
make alarm dial-up).
DCD is on when G100 is connected to
the main system.

RTS:
Request To Send
RTS pin on line is active. Light diode in-

RTS is on when G100 desires to send
data or data is actually being sent.
