4. Servicing
In the event of any errors, please

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Before carrying out any cleaning
or maintenance work, disconnect
the aggregate from the supply
line!
5.1 Daily cleaning at shift end
For disruption-free operation, ensure that the
aggregate is always kept clean. Disinfect tool before
cleaning it.
Always comply with the relevant safety and hygiene
requirements (DIN EN 1672)!
Do not use aggressive detergents
Do not clean with steam or high-
pressure water jet! Do not
immerse the unit in water! Keep
the louvres on the engine clean!
5.1.1 Cleaning
After each shift, clean the unit with a brush and
cloth, using warm water (40 - 55°C) . To remove
persistent or encrusted dirt, soak the unit in warm
water. Apply detergent, if possible in the form of
foam, on the affected area and let soak for 15 to 20
minutes. Wash with warm water.

contact the above suppliers.
The detergents listed above are recommended
products. If you wish to use another product, you
are obliged to test is as regards suitability and
compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations.

5.1.2 Hydraulic Oil

5.2 Maintenance
The pump including the installed directional valves
are maintenance-free for the most part. The only
maintenance work necessary consists in checking
the oil level and the insulating resistance of the coils
at regular intervals You should drain the oil filling,
check for any contamination and, if necessary,
change the oil at least once a year.
5.3 Spare Parts
Provided you have the necessary know-how, you
can perform certain repairs (replacement of wear
parts) yourself. If the engine fails, submit the pump
for overhaul, as you will not be able to repair this
part yourself. The list of the individual parts is
available on providing the corresponding type
designations.
5.4 Repairs by Customer Service

system must be lubricated again!
