Basic Adjustments

Changeover for sensitivity
The switching controller can be set to two different sensitivities. For this purpose a code switch
consisting of four individual switches is provided on the rear of the controller.
Range 1: Sensitivity from 0 µS/cm (factory setting)
Range 2: Sensitivity from 0.5 µS/cm
. Cut off power supply to switching controller.
. Loosen cover screws A and unplug cover B from its base C, fig. 8
. Move all four individual switches of the code switch G to the desired range using a small
screwdriver, fig. 7.

Tools

Screwdriver for slotted screws, size .5, completely insulated according to VDE 0680.

Commissioning

Check wiring

Check whether switching controller NRS -9 and the associated electrode NRG 6-6 are wired in
accordance with wiring diagram, fig. 10

Apply power

Apply mains voltage. The green LED 6 lights up, fig. 6
