11.3 Troubleshooting in mode 1 & 2 (unique users)
1. USER CARD
Wait for 7 sec and present the user card
straight and centered! Listen for sound.
Motorbuzz/confirmation signal = Lock OK
Error signal = Wrong user
No sound = Card might be defect
2. SERVICE CARD
Wait for 7 sec and present the service card
straight and centered! Listen for sound.
Motorbuzz/confirmation signal = Lock OK
Error signal = Wrong service card
No sound = Card or lock might be defect
3. PROGRAMMING CARD
Wait for 7 sec and present the programming
card straight and centered! Listen for sound.
Programming signal = Lock OK
Motorbuzz/confirmation signal =
Programming card is added as a service
card or user card.
Error signal = Wrong programming card
No sound = Card or lock might be defect
If nothing of the above works, contact your retailer!
