The software version menu

The software version will be
displayed as information only. It
cannot be changed.
Key lock
The key lock is used to avoid
unintentional changes being made
to the oven settings. To activate or
deactivate the key lock, rotate the
left knob anti-clockwise and hold it
for 3 seconds. While the key lock is
active, only the "ON/OFF" button can
be activated. All other buttons will be
locked.
