Caution!
Make sure the code of the "Anti--- vibrating support kit", shown on the box, corresponds
to the machine model on which it has to be installed.
Attention: There are locking pins "1a" (that prevent the anti-vibrating support is
dis-assembled during the transport): before positioning they must be
removed "1b".
The adjustment screw has a hexagonal head (wrench 13: same diameter of the
•
screw); so it is therefore possible tighten the screws on the plates of anti-vibrating
and then lower the unit on them.
Attention: Position for anti--- vibrating supports on the ground according to the
scheme "FOOT PRINT".
INSTALLATION
Fit the anti-vibrating supports under the base of the machine only after removing
locking pins on both sides of each anti-vibrating:
A - Lower the unit checking whether the basement rests flat on the cover and that the
all anti-vibrating supports are loaded simultaneously.
B - To adjust the level of the machine, turn the screw M16, which resting on the
intermediate plate, compress spring till to obtain the lifting of the machine.
C - Lock the position obtained by inserting the nut M16.
If there are anti-vibrating that fall into the holes used for lifting bars, on them may be
•
set screws only after the unit will lowered and lifting bars taken out; the other
supports with their regulation screws will align the basement holes of the supports
not accessible because used for lifting bars.
The above requires the assumption that the anti-vibrating support is positioned
•
and anchored to the ground (at least some of them, those with the screw that acts
as a guide).
After this intervention, check if the machine is elastically free of any fixed links.
Avvertenza!
Accertarsi che il codice del "Kit supporto antivibrante", riportato sulla scatola, sia
rispondente al modello di macchina su cui installarlo.
Attenzione: Ci sono delle spine di blocco "1a" (che evitano che l'antivibrante si
dis-assembli durante il trasporto): prima del posizionamento esse
devono essere rimosse "1b".
La vite di regolazione ha una testa esagonale per chiave da 13 dello stesso
•
diametro del gambo: di conseguenza è consentito avvitare tali viti sulle piastre
degli antivibranti e poi calare la macchina sugli stessi.
Attenzione: Posizionare gli antivibranti a terra secondo lo schema indicato
"IMPRONTA A TERRA".
INSTALLAZIONE
Inserire i supporti antivibranti sotto il basamento della macchina da isolare dopo aver
estratto Ie spine di blocco presenti sui lati dell'antivibrante "1b":
A --- Calare la macchina controllando che il basamento sia appoggiato in piano sul
coperchio e che gli antivibranti siano caricati simultaneamente.
B --- Per registrare il livello della macchina ruotare la vite M16, che appoggiando sulla
piastra intermedia, comprime Ie molle fino ad ottenere il sollevamento della
macchina.
C --- Bloccare la posizione ottenuta con il dado M16.
Se ci sono antivibranti che cascano in corrispondenza dei fori presenti sotto i pali di
•
sollevamento, su di essi potranno essere fissate le viti di regolazione solo dopo che
la macchina sarà posizionata; saranno gli altri antivibranti con le loro viti/perni di
regolazione che svolgeranno la funzione di maschera/guida per allineare i fori
degli antivibranti con quelli presenti sotto il basamento in corrispondenza dei punti
ove ci sono i pali di sollevamento.
I punti precedenti richiedono il presupposto che l'antivibrante sia posizionato ed
•
ancorato a terra (almeno alcuni di essi, quelli con la vite/perno che fa da guida).
Al termine delle operazioni, verificare che la macchina sia elasticamente libera da
vincoli fissi.
Warnung!
Immer sicherstellen, dass der Code der "Feder-Schwingungsdämpfer", auf der
Verpackung dem zu installierenden Maschinenmodell entspricht.
Achtung: Die Blockierstifte "1a" beachten (sie vermeiden, dass der
Schwingungsdämpfer während des Transports auseinanderfällt): vor dem
Aufstellen der Maschine müssen diese Blockierstifte "1b" entfernt werden.
Der Kopf der 13er Sechskant-Einstellschraube weist den gleichen Durchmesser
•
wie der Schaft auf: dem zur Folge können diese Schrauben auf den Platten der
Schwingungsdämpfer festgeschraubt werden, bevor die Maschine darauf
abgestellt wird.
Achtung:
Die Schwingungsdämpfer unter Berücksichtigung des
"GRUNDRISSPLANS" auf den Boden ausrichten.
