PROJECTOR INTERFACE PLATE
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
Install the Projector Interface Plate on your projector. The pro-
jector interface plate attaches to the Universal Projector Mount
by sliding the screws of the Projector Interface Plate into the
two enclosed slots and two vee slots of the Universal Projector
Mount. Secure the Projector Interface Plate using provided
thumb nuts (see Figure 5). Install the Projector Interface Plate
and secure it to the Universal Projector Mount as follows:
1. Using three M3 X 16mm flat head screws and three black
Nylon spacers, secure the projector interface plate to your
projector (see Figure 6).
NOTE: Use white spacers for projectors with recessed
threaded inserts.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the thumb nuts from
the studs.
2. Loosen the 10-24 thumb nuts (see Figure 5).
3. Align the two locating slots and two vee slots of the Uni-
versal Projector Mount with the 10-24 studs of the Projec-
tor Interface Plate and slide the Projector Interface Plate
on the Universal Projector Mount to the limit of the slotted
holes.
NOTE: The tapers of the thumb nuts should seat in the
holes of the Projector Interface Plate.
4. Secure the Projector Interface Plate to the Universal Ceil-
ing Projector Mount by tightening the thumb nuts (tapered
side down).
