Display Backlighting

The Series 3800 has a backlight to illuminate the display for
operating in dim light. To turn the light on or off, press:
35-Key Keyboard
46-Key Keyboard
The light turns off automatically in approximately 15 seconds or
when the terminal is turned off.
Display Contrast
The display contrast can be set to eight levels allowing you change
the viewing angle.
To darken the screen (increase contrast), press:

To lighten the screen (decrease contrast), press:
