6. After using the unit, pull the plug out of
the socket, turn the attachment clock-
wise and remove it.
You can use the blender with a measuring
cap (D), or any other containers. You can
drop the blade attachment directly into the
container with products, but you should fol-
low the safety measures.
Whisk usage
Use the whisk only for cream beating, pastry
making and blending of cooked desserts.
1. Put the whisk reduction unit (Е), match-
ing the arrows on the attachment and on
the body of the blender (pic.В), and turn
the attachment anti-clockwise until it is
locked.
2. Insert the whisk attachment (F) into the
reduction unit (E).
3. Drop the whisk attachment into the con-
tainer with products and press the power
switch (B) to switch on the unit.
To obtain better results:
• Use wide containers.
• When making butter cream, whisk not
more than 400 ml of cooled components
(use cream with +4-8°С and with fat con-
tent not less than 30%).
• Whisk not more than 4 egg whites at a
time.
• Move the whisk attachment clockwise
during the operation.
Mini-chopper usage
Mini-chopper is used for chopping meat,
cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrot, wal-
nuts, almonds, fruits.
Attention:
Do not chop hard products such as nut-
megs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
• Cut meat, cheese, onion, garlic, carrot
into equally pieces.

• Remove stems from herbs, shell the
nuts.
• Remove bones, strings and gristles from
meat.
To obtain better results, use the information
given in the table below.
Chopping
Remove plastic case from the blade (H).
Caution: the blade is very sharp! Always
hold the blade by the upper plastic edge.
1. Set the blade on the chopper bowl drive
(I). Always use only the copper bowl with
non-slip base (J).
2. Put products into the chopper bowl (I).
3. Set the chopper reduction unit (G) on
its bowl (I) and turn the attachment anti-
clockwise until it is locked.
4. Insert the motor unit (A) into the reduc-
tion unit (G), matching the arrows on
the attachment and on the body of the
blender (pic.С), and turn it anti-clock-
wise until it is locked.
5. Use the power switch (B) to switch on the
mini-chopper. During the operation hold
the motor unit with one hand and the
bowl with the other hand.
6. After usage remove first the motor unit
(A), by turning it clockwise, and then re-
move the reduction unit (G) by turning it
clockwise.
7. Carefully remove the blade (H).
8. Take out the processed products from
the bowl (I). Non-slip base (J) can serve
as a hermetic lid for the chopper (I).
Ice chopping
1. Insert the ice bowl (О) into the chopper
bowl (I).
2. Insert the ice chopper blade (Р) into the
opening on the bowl (О).
3. Fill the bowl with ice cubes (О).
4. Set the reduction unit (G) on the bowl (I)
and turn the attachment anti-clockwise
until it is locked.
5. Insert the motor unit (A) into the reduc-
