ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
USE CARE WHEN UNPACKING AS COMPONENTS TO
BE ASSEMBLED MAY POSE A SMALL PARTS/SHARP
EDGE HAZARD.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Take the protective caps off the wheel axles.
2 • Insert an iron washer on one of the two front
axles. (NOTE: You will find more washers in the
bag than you need, in case you need a spare).
3 • Slip one of the two smaller wheels onto the
axle, making sure to place the tread in the
direction shown on the figure.
4 • Insert a self-locking washer on the provided
tool (shown in the figure). Caution: The tabs of
the self-locking washer must face the inside of
the tool (see small picture A). NOTE: the bag
contains 8 self-locking washers. Keep 4 of them
apart as spare washers.
5 • Fasten the wheel as shown in the figure,
pushing the self-locking washer down
completely. Repeat the steps in figure 1 to
mount the other front wheel.
6 • Put 1 iron washer and 2 plastic bushes on the
right rear axle as indicated in the figure. Put on
another iron washer.
7 • Slip one of the two remaining wheels onto the
axle, making sure to place the tread in the
direction shown in the figure.
8 • Insert a self-locking washer into the provided
tool (see figure 4) and fasten the wheel, as
shown in the figure.
9 • Slip the last wheel onto the axle, making sure to
push the axle fork all the way in.
10 • Insert an automatic lock-washer into the
provided tool (see figure 4) and fasten the
wheel, as shown in the figure.
11 • Snap the four stud caps onto the wheels.
12 • Connect the two parts of the steering wheel.
13 • Fix the steering wheel with the proper screw
and nut. Note: nut fits into hexagon hole, screw
into round hole.
14 • Remove the rod from the bucket arm.
15 • Position the arm on the motor and re-insert the
rod.
16 • Fasten the tie rod with the small stud by firmly
pressing both ends down. NOTE: There are
different sizes of studs in the bag. Check the
attached instruction sheet to see what size of
stud to use.
17 • Cut the cape.
18 • Insert a large stud into the provided tool shown
in the figure (see detail A).
19 • Insert the schovel tie rod in the hole on the
command lever. Fasten the shovel tie rod with
the stud as shown in the figure.
20 • Insert the plugs in the handlebar.
21 • Insert and fit the handlebar with the screws
provided.
22 • Position and screw on the mudguard with the 4
screws.
23 • Position and screw on the triangle with the two
screw on the back of the tractor.
24 • Unscrew the two seat knobs.
25 • The seat can be set at two different position
depending on the height of the child.
26 • Position the seat in one of the holes.
27 • Place the tractor on its side and unscrew the
panel on the bottom.
28 • Screw the two knobs. Close the panel and
screw back in place.

29 • Dumping trailer and opening side panel.

30 • If you want to increase the tension of the chain:
Unscrew and rotate the plastic disk to position
2 or 3.
31 • Fasten the disk by tightening the screws.
32 • To lower the entire bucket block, push the
handle forwards.
33 • To tip the shovel, lower the command lever.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
This product conforms to EN 71 the safety standard
for toys.
This vehicle is not intended for use on streets,
around traffic or parked cars.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• Make sure that all locking bolts are correctly
tightened.
• Regularly check the conditions of the vehicle. In
case of fault, do not try to use the vehicle. For
repair use only original PEG PEREGO's spare parts.
• PEG PEREGO assumes no liability if the product as
been tampered with.
• Do not leave vehicle near sources of heat such as
radiators, stoves, fireplaces, etc.
• Protect vehicle from water, rain, snow, etc.
• Periodically lubricate (with a light weight oil)
moving parts, such as wheel bearings, steering
linkages, and chains at points of rotation or where
they come in contact.
• The vehicle's surface can be cleaned with a
dampcloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. The
cleaning must be carried out by adults only.
• Never disassemble the vehicles mechanisms
unless authorized by PEG PEREGO.
SAFETY
WARNING! THE CAR MUST BE USED UNDER ADULT
SUPERVISION.
• A child must be 2 years of age or older for the
necessary coordination and maturation to operate
this motorized vehicle safely.
• Never use the vehicle on steep slopes,near steps
or stairs, in the middle of traffic or between
parked cars.
• Children should always wear shoes when riding in
or driving a ride-in/ride-on vehicle.
• Do not allow children to place their hands, feet or
any part of their body, clothing or other articles
near the moving parts while vehicle is in
operation.
• Never use gasoline or other flammable
substances near the vehicle.
• The vehicle is constructed just for one child.

COMPORTER UN DANGER DE PETITES PIECES OU DE
BORDS TRANCHANTS.
MONTAGE
1 • Retirer les bouchons de protection des essieux
de roues.
2 • Enfiler une rondelle de fer sur l'un des deux
essieux antérieurs. (REMARQUE : des rondelles
supplémentaires sont fournies au cas où l'une
d'entre elles serait perdue).
3 • Enfiler l'une des deux roues les plus petites en
prêtant une attention particulière au sens de la
bande de roulement, comme indiqué sur la
figure.
4 • Insérer une rondelle à blocage automatique sur
l'outil fourni représenté sur la figure. Attention:
les languettes de la rondelle à blocage
automatique doivent être tournées vers
l'intérieur de l'outil (voir détail A). NOTE: le
sachet contient 8 rondelles à blocage
automatique ; 4 rondelles doivent être gardées
dans le cas où il est nécessaire de remplacer
une rondelle défectueuse.
5 • Fixer les roues comme indiqué sur la figure en
poussant à fond la rondelle à blocage
automatique. Reproduire les opérations à partir
de la figure 1 pour monter l'autre roue.
6 • Insérer 1 rondelle de fer et 2 douilles en
plastique sur l'essieu arrière droit, comme
indiqué sur la figure. Insérer une autre rondelle
de fer.
7 • Enfiler une des deux roues restantes en prêtant
une attention particulière au sens de la bande
de roulement, comme indiqué sur la figure.
