This device is not intended to be used by persons (in-
cluding children) with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and / or knowledge,
unless supervised or provided by a person responsible
for their safety her instructions on how to use the device.

3. Safety instructions
The grubber attachment is used for root-gentle loose-
ning, aerating and weeding cultivated soils and standing
close cultures, as well as preparing for planting. In ad-
dition, peat, fertilizer and compost can be incorporated
into the soil.
Since the device is guided with one hand, do not
bring the free other hand close to the running grub-
ber teeth.
Any type of use that deviates from the instructions in this
manual can cause damage to the machine and seriously
endanger the operator.
To safeguard your warranty claim and in the interest of
product safety, please observe the safety regulations.
Even if the tool is used properly, there is always a certain
residual risk that can not be ruled out. The following po-
tential hazards can be deduced from the type and cons-
truction of the tool:

Contact with the unprotected grubber teeth (cutting
and impact injuries)
•
reach into the running grubber teeth (cutting and im-
pact injuries)
•
unforeseen, sudden movement of the worked soil
and the plant part
•
throwing away faulty grubber teeth
•
Throwing away soil components, plant parts and
stones

4. Operation manual
4.1. Assembly of grubber attachment
The grubber attachment is intended for mounting to the
basic unit of grass and bush shears GM Li 7.2 and GM
Li 10.8.

To protect against injury, use protective gloves du-
ring assembly.
We also recommend removing the security key of
the basic device so that the device is not switched
on accidentally.
Remove any existing dirt from the gear area.
Before inserting the grubber attachment, lightly
grease the drive section (C) with a commercially
available universal grease, as described in section
Maintenance (Fig. 3).
Then insert the cultivator attachment with the rear
retaining nose into the grass shear housing, as
shown in Fig. 3, and click on the click system by
pressing firmly on the base plate.
The position of the eccentric drive must not be taken
into account when installing the grubber attachment.
When switching on the gear eccentric automatically
engages in the corresponding recess of the base
plate.
After inserting the security key, the device is ready
for use.
To disassemble, press the two side push buttons at
the same time and remove the grubber attachment
(Fig. 2).
ATTENTION! After switching off,
the grubber attachment runs a bit
further.
Do not touch the moving grubber
teeth! Risk of injury!
