Troubleshooting

1 Ensure that the CU 102/AEI is properly connected.
2 Set the CU 102/AEI manually (see page 9).
3 Check that the CU 102/AEI is connected to the X/Y socket
of the T1 telephone's AEI port or on T3 telephones to the
AEI socket of the Link module.
4 Check that all cables are connected correctly.
5 Remove any extension cable, and check if the system
works properly. If the problem remains, please contact
your system administrator.
Care
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cleaning cloth.
Do not use any liquids!
