Install Software and Documentation
To configure an In-Sight vision sensor, In-Sight Explorer software must be installed
on a networked PC. In-Sight software is available as a free download from the In-
Sight support site, or can be purchased separately on a DVD.
Log On to the Vision Sensor
1. Open the In-Sight Explorer software. From the Windows Start menu,
select: All Programs > Cognex > In-Sight > In-Sight Explorer x.x.x > In-Sight
Explorer x.x.x.
2. From the Get Connected Application Step, select your In-Sight vision
sensor from the Select an In-Sight Sensor or Emulator group box and press
the Connect button.
