2. Correct use
This series of units is meant for panel and cabinet
installation. It complies to the safety requirements
(VDE 0411 IEC 1010-1) DIN VDE 0100 Part 410
for electronic measurement units, "Protection
against electrical shock", especially paragraph
4.3.2. "Extra low voltage seperation" DIN VDE 0106
Part 101 "Protection against electrical shock".
The units can only be used in an installed condition.
Safety hints

Installation and connection must only be done
by skilled and qualified personel. Please take
care of any required access protection.

Before installation please compare the supply
voltage with that on the unit legend plate.

A power isolator must be situated within reach
of the unit. The contact spacing must be at
least 3 mm.

Always connect the earth protection cable
before attempting to connect any other cables.

Do not operate from a transformer.
-
A power fuse of 10 A should be installed.
