PERSONAL SCALE
This model of scale uses bioelectric body imped-
ance analysis (impedance) «BIA», that provides
highly accurate calculating of fat and water
percentage in human body based on personal
data (height, age, sex) saved in the unit memory.

ATTENTION!
Before using the unit, read this instruction
carefully. Keep this instruction for future
reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose
only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/
her property.
SAFETY MEASURES
Using the excess weight analysis func-
tion is ABSOLUTELY contraindicated to
pregnant women.

Handle your scale with care, as any precision
instrument, do not expose it to high or low
temperatures, high humidity, never expose it
to direct sunlight and do not drop it.
Use the scale away from heating units.
Avoid getting of liquids into the scale, this
appliance is not waterproof. Do not store or
use the scale in a room with high humidity
(above 80%), make sure that the scale does
not come into contact with water or other liq-
uids as this may cause failure of scale indica-
tion or its damage.
Place the scale on a flat, dry and non-slip
surface.
To increase the indication precision do not
use the scale on carpets or rugs.
Do not step on the scale with wet feet or if
the scale surface is damp. You can slip and
get injured.
Be careful while stepping on the scale: step
on the scale first with one foot; make sure
that the scale is steady and then step on it
with both feet.
Stand on the scale and dispose your weight
proportionally. Stand still while weighing. Do
not jump on the scale.
If you are not planning to use the scale for a
long time, remove the battery from the bat-
tery compartment.
Strictly follow the polarity when replacing the
battery.
Replace the battery in time.
Never allow children to use the scale as a toy.
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as a packaging, unat-
tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play
with polyethylene bags or packaging film.
Danger of suffocation!
This unit is not intended for usage by children
or disabled persons unless they are given all
the necessary and understandable instruc-
tions by a person who is responsible for their
safety on safety measures and information
about danger that can be caused by improp-
er usage of the unit.
Do not repair the scale by yourself.
Refer to authorized service centers for main-
tenance.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature it is necessary to keep it for at least two
hours at room temperature before switching on.
