- After having carried out a few manoeuvres, adjust the
position of the limit switch bracket [18] so that the gate
stops about 20 mm before the opening and closing stop.

3.7 Rotary stop adjustment
- With the gate open, turn the screw [A] so that cam [M]
activates the opening microswitch. - With the gate closed,
turn the screw [C] so that cam [M] activates the closing
microswitch.
Note: with the gate opened to the left (gearmotor side
view) the microswitches are inverted [A] for closing [C]
and opening.
- Adjust [A] and [C] so that the activation of the limit switch
stops the gate approximately 20 mm before the stop.
Note: make sure this occurs after having performed several
operations.

3.8 CROSSTC installation
Release the gearmotor (see OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS).
Remove pinion [15] and rack stop [17]. Fix the pinion suppor-
ting plate to the gearmotor. Insert the pinion as illustrated in the
diagram. Manually pass the chain between the pinions. Fix the
cover plate.
Attention: fitting the chain the drive direction of the gearmotor
is inverted.
3.9 Chain installation
- Move the gate into the open position and fix brackets [G]
onto the gate as illustrated in the figure.

- Connect the chain, which was previously assembled on
the gearmotor, to tie rod [H] and fix it to bracket [G].
- Fix bracket [G] on the opposite side of the gate. Connect
the chain to the tie rod [H] and fix it to bracket [G] (cut the
excess chain).
Make sure that the distance between the pinion centre [X]
and tie rod [H] is correct when the gate is fully open and
closed.
- Secure the gearmotor with the nuts [D].
- Tighten the chain with the tie rod [H].
- Slightly lubricate the chain and pinion after assembly.
