10 Wristband Transmitter

Use the wristband transmitter to call the emergency services exchange or
persons for help.
There are several emergency services exchanges available. In
some countries, these may be subject to a charge.
You can also use the equipment as a private emergency call
device within the family.

Outgoing alert message
There is a default outgoing alert message recorded on the telephone. You
can replace this outgoing alert message by one of your own. After activat­
ing an automatic emergency call, the phone numbers assigned to buttons
M1, M2 and M3 are called automatically. The alert message is played re­
peatedly until your emergency call is acknowledged by the person receiv­
ing it through pressing the "0" key. For this reason, you must end your own
alert message clearly telling the receiving party to "...take this emer­
gency call by pressing the 0 key!" .
When recording your alert message, ensure the caller knows
who is making the emergency call. Ensure that your message
clearly states that it is an emergency call and you require assist­
ance.

Saving emergency call / one-touch dialling numbers
The one-touch dialling buttons M1, M2 or M3 can be used for normal one-
touch dialling or as memory locations for automatic emergency call dial­
ling.

You cannot delete the phone numbers stored on the one-touch
dialling buttons. Existing numbers are overwritten when new
phone numbers are stored.
