Operation

The fan in your extraction hood can be set to three stages. The fan operates

slowest in stage 11 and fastest in stage
• Switch on the fan when starting to cook or roast. Thus, the kitchen vapours
will be discharged from the start. The indicator light 9 illuminates.
• Operate the fan so long as there are kitchen vapours or steam.
