12. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause
The heater No power to the mains
does not socket available or main fuse

Suggestion
Check the power supply and main fuse.
Plug the power cable into the mains socket.
Switch the device ON (5).
Normal operation. Device automatically turns on and heats up
as soon as the temperature drops below the set value.
See section "h) Skip Next Timer" or "i) Clear a Timer".
Immediately remove any object covering the heater (if
applicable), and turn the power OFF (5).
Wait until the appliance has cooled down sufficiently, then switch
the power back ON (5).
If the heater will not power back on after cooling down, it may
be damaged from excessive heat. Turn the power OFF (5),
disconnect from the power supply. Contact our technical support
service or other technical personnel.
