Pull the trigger first and then place the contact
element against the workpiece.
No. (1) method is for intermittent stapling, when
you wish to drive a staple carefully and very
accurately.
No. (2) method is for continuous stapling.
CAUTION:
However when the tool is set to the "Intermittent
stapling" mode, WITH THE TRIGGER HELD IN A
HALF-PULLED
stapling could occur, if contact element is allowed
to re-contact against the workpiece or the other
surface under the influence of recoil.
In order to avoid this unexpected stapling, perform
as follows;
A. Do not place the contact element against the
workpiece with excessive force.
B.
Pull the trigger fully and hold it on for 1-2
seconds after stapling.
For No. (1) method, set the change lever to
the
position.
For No. (2) method, set the change lever to
the
position.
After using the change lever to change the
stapling method, always make sure that the
change lever is properly set to the position for the
desired stapling method.

Flooring
CAUTION:
Tilting the tool too much tends to produce inflation
on the surface of workpiece. Holding it too upright
tends to cause a breakage of workpiece.
Inflation or breakage on the stapled spot of
workpiece of workpiece may occur depending on
many stapling conditions, even when stapling
holding the tool at the specified angle. Try on
some test samples before actually stapling.

In stapling requiring accuracy, such as flooring, use in
the "Intermittent stapling" mode
When stapling, hold the tool tilting it at the angles 50° -
55°shown in the figure.
Anti dry fire mechanism
This is the mechanism that the tool prevents to be fired
without nail.
Dry fire prevention automatically sets up when the rest
of nails get to last approximately 5 pieces.

The direction of exhaust air can be changed 360
degrees of angle by turning the exhaust cover with a
hand.
Removing jammed staples
WARNING:
Always disconnect the hose before removing
staplers.
Remove the staples from the magazine. (Refer to the
section titled " Removing staples ".)

Take out the hex wrench from the holder inside the
magazine cover by pushing it from the front.

Remove two screws securing the contact top with the
hex wrench.
The staple feeder guide will appear and clear jam.
When being still unable to remove the locked-up nails,
remove further two screws securing the front guide with
the hex wrench to clear jam.

MAINTENANCE

CAUTION:
Always disconnect the air hose from the tool
before
attempting
maintenance.
Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner, alcohol or
the like. Discoloration, deformation or cracks may
result.
Maintenance of stapler
Always check the tool for its overall condition and loose
screws before operation. Tighten as required.
With tool disconnected, make daily inspection to assure
free movement of the contact element and trigger. Do
not use tool if the contact element or trigger sticks or
binds.
Drain tool

Remove the hose from the tool. Place the tool so that
the air fitting faces down to the floor. Drain as much as
possible.
Cleaning of tool
Iron dust that adhere to the magnet can be blown off by
using an air duster.
Cap
When not in use, disconnect the hose. Then cap the air
fitting with the cap.

Storage
When not in use, the nailer should be stored in a warm
and dry place.
