Cleaning the faucet
Clean the external faucet surfaces with a neutral (pH 6-9) liquid cleaner. Abrasive or corrosive agents
must not be used and neither must the faucet be cleaned with a high-pressure washer.
Risk of freezing
It is essential to ensure that the water in the faucet does not freeze.
Operating conditions
The faucet and shower set are not suitable for use in high temperatures e.g. in a sauna
(max. + 65°C).
Troubleshooting
Symptom
The flow rate from the faucet has diminished
or no water comes from the faucet
The faucet makes a 'whistling' noise
The diverter does not stay
in the shower position
Water leaks from the faucet body
The faucet causes a banging sound in the water
