9. SWITCHING OFF
To switch off the product the power cable has to be disconnected from the power supply.
9.1 Temporary switch-off
1. Switch of the chair and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
9.2 Storing conditions
Temporary or medium term storing (up to 2 years) within the environmental conditions specified
in the technical data is possible without taking any special measurements.
For longer storing the following measurements have to be taken to ensure long-lasting functionality:
• Protect the chair from sunlight with a cover to reduce the natural fading of the colours.
• Store the chair in a dry and ventilated place.
9.3 Dismantling / Recycling
Before removal of the chair it hast to be switched off as described in chapter 9.1.
For the transport please note the hints in chapter 5.1!
HINT!
After a temporary switch-off the process of initial operation has to be
repeated.
IMPORTANT!
All parts, consumables and supplies must be disposed of in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations.
On the chair you will find the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin. This means
that the chair – an electrical device – must not be disposed of with household
waste at the end of its lifetime. There may be free collection points for returning
old electrical appliances in your area, as well as possibly additional collection
points for reuse of devices. (If an old electrical or electronic device contains
personal data, you are responsible for the deletion before you give it back. This
chair does not contain personal data).
HINT!
The motor and the control box must be disposed of separately.
If you have any remaining questions regarding dismantling/recycling ple-
ase contact the manufacturer.
