7. WARRANTY
7.1 Terms and conditions of warranty
Guarantee items refer to all defects of the product which can demonstrably be referred to
material defect or manufacturing defect.
1. The warranty is not transferable.
2. All repairs and services on the chair have to be carried out by a certified dealer, otherwise the
warranty will become invalid.
3. In case of a justified complaint during the first 24 months after the purchase you will receive
the needed spare parts for the repair free of charge from your dealer.
4. The warranty for the chair or its parts will become invalid if:
• the product has not been handled and serviced as described in the operating instruction.
• other parts than original spare parts are attached to the product.
• the product is being misused or damaged on purpose.
• a repair is being carried out by a non-authorized person.
7.2 Exceptions of warranty
• Non-compliance with the operating instruction, improper servicing or technical changes and
additions to the product will void the warranty as well as the product liability.
• Damages caused by the user through misuse or overload.
• Fading of the colours because of sunlight and time.
• Damages caused by fluids.
• Damages caused by impacts or rubbing with walls, furniture or similar.
• Damages by cigarettes or open fire.
IMPORTANT!
Product identification is via the serial number, which can be found on the
chair frame and on the inside pocket of the chair bag. The serial num-
bers of the motors, control unit, power supply and remote control can be
found on the respective parts.
