Inspect regularly. Use of this appliance can cause certain parts to become

These substances can ignite due to hot surfaces on the appliance.

P Only use extension cables approved for outdoors when working in the open air. The plug
and socket must be waterproof and the cable must have the following cross section corre-
sponding to the required length: 1.5 mm
a maximum length of 15 m. Unsuitable extension cables can be dangerous
P Do not use this appliance to vacuum up toxic, corrosive or harmful substances.
P Only use this appliance to vacuum up ash from admissible fuels.
P Do not use this appliance to vacuum up water or other liquids.
P Do not use this appliance to vacuum up soot.
P Do not use this appliance to vacuum up flammable fuels.
P Do use this appliance to vacuum up hot, burning or glowing substances (e.g. hot ash).
P Only use this appliance for vacuuming up cold ash. Do not use this appliance to vacuum
clean heating boilers or oil-burning stoves and do not take up plaster or cement dust.
P Do not take up ash whose temperature is above 40°C.
P Not approved for the separation of harmful dusts (dust class L, M, H)
P Empty and clean the vacuum cleaner after and before use so as to prevent the accumu-
lation of materials forming a fire load in the vacuum cleaner.

Unpacking the scope of supply

Check whether the scope of supply is complete and free of defects immediately after ope-
ning the packaging. Contact the seller immediately if the scope of supply is incomplete or
defective. Do not put the appliance into operation if it is defective.
