General

This user-friendly and powerful ash vacuum cleaner is ideally suitable for effortless removal
of cold ash from fireplaces, stoves and grills. The integrated motor enables fully automatic
operation without the additional use of a vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the fluted filter, even
the smallest dirt particles are kept back.

Type plate

The type plate of the ash vacuum cleaner with all relevant technical data is attached on
the cover.
2.3

Area of application and intended use

The ash vacuum cleaner is constructed according to the state of the art and the recognized
technical rules of safety. Nevertheless, improper use or use other than that intended can
result in hazards to the life and limb of the user or third parties or damage to the appliance
itself and/or other tangible assets.
This motor-powered ash vacuum cleaner is only designed for the vacuum cleaning of cold
ash. This appliance is not suitable for vacuuming cleaning heating boilers nor for taking up
plaster or cement dust. Such a use will cause immense damage to the appliance. Always
make sure that the ash to be removed has cooled down sufficiently before starting your
work. Do not take up ash whose temperature is above 40°C.
Cold ash is ash that has cooled down a sufficient length of time and no longer
contains any embers. You can determine this by combing through the ash with a
metal object before using the ash vacuum cleaner. There will be no perceptible heat
radiated from the cold ash.
A different use or a use extending beyond this is deemed to be improper. The user shall
bear the risk. Proper and correct use also includes observance of the operating and instal-
lation notes as well as compliance with the maintenance terms.
