Oventrop press fittings "Cofit P" for pipe connections with Oventrop
composition pipe "Copipe" and Oventrop valves and controls.
Application:
The Oventrop press fittings "Cofit P" are suitable for heating systems,
sanitary installations and rainwater usage plants.
Installation:
Cutting pipe to required length (illustr. 1)
The "Copipe" composition pipe is cut at a right angle to the required
length with an Oventrop pipe cutter or pipe shears for composition pipes.
Deburring and calibrating (illustr. 2, 3)
By using the Oventrop universal tool, item no. 150 95 94, the composition
pipe can be calibrated and the inner pipe layer can be deburred at the
same time.
Choose the calibrating and deburring mandrel suitable for the pipe dimen-
sion, insert fully into the pipe whilst turning the tool clockwise. Rotate
mandrel for at least a further half turn. Remove the tool from the pipe and
any shavings will be pulled out automatically.

Raccord à sertir Oventrop «Cofit P» pour le raccordement du tube
multi-couches «Copipe» et de la robinetterie Oventrop.
Domaines d'utilisation:
Les raccords à sertir Oventrop «Cofit P» sont utilisables dans le domaine
du chauffage, du sanitaire et de la récupération d'eau pluviale.
Montage:
Couper (croquis 1)
Couper d'équerre le tube à l'aide du coupe tube ou des ciseaux de tube
Oventrop pour tube multi-couches à l'entraxe souhaité.
Ebavurer et calibrer (croquis 2, 3)
A l'aide de l'outil universel Oventrop réf. 150 95 94 calibrer et ébavurer la
couche intérieure de l'extrémité du tube en une opération.
Sélectionner le mandrin correspondant au diamètre du tube, I'enfoncer
entièrement dans le tube et tourner l'outil dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre d'au moins

tour. Les copeaux sont automatiquement rejetés

lors du retrait de l'outil. Merci de tenir compte de la notice d'utilisation

Монтаж:
1 Обрезка (рис. 1)
Обрезать трубу "Copipe" специальным труборезом, например, фирмы
Oventrop - артикул N 150 95 80, держа его перпендикулярно
продольной оси.
Снятие фаски и калибровка (рис. 2,3)
С помощью универсального инструмента, артикул N 150 95 94,
одновременно производится калибровка трубы и снятие фаски с
внутреннего слоя полиэтилена.
Выбрать подходящий по размеру трубы калибровочный стержень,
вставить его до упора в трубу и повернуть по часовой стрелке
минимум на полоборота. Cтружка вынимается вместе со стержнем.
Соблюдайте, пожалуйста, инструкцию по пользованию инструментом.

"Cofit P" press fitting system
Alternatively, the deburring and calibrating tools of the case, item no. 151
95 90, can also be used. These deburring and calibrating tools (with 9 m
hexagon location) are also suitable for use in combination with a battery
screwdriver with a maximum speed of 500 turns/min.
Check that the end of the pipe is clean and accurately deburred.
Push pipe onto press fitting (illustr. 4)
Push pipe under slight pressure as far as it will go onto "Cofit" press
fitting. Check through viewer in stainless steel casing.
Placing the press fitting tool into position (illustr. 5)
Insert press bits into press fitting tool and place tool into position at a right
angle. The guiding elements encircle the "Cofit P" press fitting at the sleeve.
Pressing (illustr. 6)
Commence
pressing.
The
tool
completely closed. Please observe operating instructions.
Leakage testing

ensure
that
all
standard
carried out.

«Cofit P» raccords à sertir
Comme alternative, les outils d'ébavurage et de calibrage du coffret, réf.
151 95 90, peuvent aussi être utilisés. De plus, ces outils d'ébavurage et
de calibrage (avec logement hexagonal 9 mm) conviennent aussi à l'utili-
sation en combinaison avec un tournevis à batterie jusqu'à une vitesse
maximum de 500 tours/min.
Contrôler la propreté et la parfaite ébavuration de l'extrémité du tube.
Glisser le tube sur le raccord à sertir (croquis 4).
Introduire sans forcer le raccord à sertir «Cofit P» dans le tube jusqu'à
butée. Contrôler au travers du regard situé sur le raccord à sertir en acier
de précision.
Positionner la pince à sertir (croquis 5)
Placer d'équerre la pince à sertir Oventrop située sur la machine à sertir.
Les guides encerclent le bord du raccord à sertir «Cofit P».
Sertissage (croquis 6)
Procéder au sertissage. La pince à sertir doit fermer totalement.
Prière de consulter la notice d'utilisation.
Remarque :
Pour les tests d'étanchéité, se référer au D.T.U. correspondant.

Работа с инструментом для опрессовки (рис. 5)
Вставить фитинг в инструмент для опрессовки под прямым углом
так, чтобы обжимные клещи охватывали буртик фитинга "Cofit P" .
Опрессовка (рис. 6)
Произвести опрессовку. Обжимные клещи должны быть полностью
закрыты. Соблюдайте, пожалуйста, инструкцию по пользованию
инструментом.
Проверка герметичности.
Проверьте герметичность системы по существующим стандартам.
Технические изменения оговариваются.
