Press the button to turn on the device.

Select the program
MYO-TENS gives you the choice between:
- 3 modes of treatment: TENS / EMS / MASS:
Press the button MODE several times to achieve the desired
processing mode. The selected mode flashes.
- Up to 6 areas of the body and 3 types of massage:
press the button to select the part of the body or the type of
desired massage. The selection will blink.
- Up to 3 programs (P1 P2 P3) according to the area
selected:
Press the button PROGR on several occasions to reach the desired
program. All programs have the same purpose, but they use
different waveforms. Choose according to the sensations felt one
that suits you best.
