GETTING STARTED
Preparing NexGuide
To get NexGuide ready for autoguiding, follow these steps:
1. Adjust the focus (Preview Mode)
2. Align NexGuide's orientation with the R.A. and Dec axes of the mount
3. Find and lock a guide star (Locked Mode)
4. Start autoguiding (Guiding Mode)
Detailed instructions for each of these steps are provided below.
The left half of the LCD screen
displays text information.
The current mode.
The current exposure.
The brightness of the brightest star.
The position of the brightest star.
The current zoom level.
The position of the center of the image
window in the sensor's pixel matrix.
