c) Press the LOAF key to indicate the amount of bread to be made, 1.0 lb (0.5 kg),
1.5 lb (0.7 kg) or 2.0 lb (0.9 kg)
d) To delay the start of the machine, add all ingredients to the baking pan, select the
MENU number (1-12), the amount by pressing LOAF (1.0 lb / 1.5 lb / 2.0 lb) and
the appearance through the COLOUR button (Light/Medium/Dark). Press the
TIMER DOWN button - the display shows 15:00, indicating that fifteen hours
remain until the baking is finished. You can use the UP and DOWN buttons to
adjust the time +/- 10 minutes. If you press the UP TIMER instead , it increases the
total time by 10 minutes. Each time you press the button a further 10 minutes is
added to the bread-making time.
e) Press COLOUR to set the level of toasting of the crust - LIGHT, MEDIUM
or DARK.
f) Press the START/STOP button to start making the bread. If for any reason you
need to stop the machine, press the START/STOP button for 5 seconds. Press
START/STOP again to start the whole process again from the beginning. The
display shows the time remaining until the end of baking.
g) During kneading, the machine will trigger the automatic opening of the seed/nut
dispenser, adding the nuts and/or seeds to the dough.
h) During the final stage of cooking, the lid and outer walls of the machine become
hot, so avoid contact with the hot parts.
i) The machine will beep to indicate that the bread is finished. The machine will keep
the bread warm for at least 60 minutes (except for DOUGH and PASTA DOUGH
options), to switch the heat off, press the START/STOP button for 2 seconds.
j) CAUTION: Both the baking pan and the bread are hot, so open the cover and allow
the temperature to drop prior to removing the bread. Turn the bread container
anti-clockwise 30 º and pull upwards.
k) Before making more bread, wait for the baking pan and the machine to return to
room temperature
l) The bottom of the kneading blade may remain attached to the dough, so it should
be removed it after baking to prevent personal injury or loss.
9.- Make sure that the bread maker is not used when empty, as this could affect the useful life
of the engine. In the event of the engine overheating, switch it off immediately and wait until
it cools down before using it again.
10.- Do not insert spoons or other items during use, as this could cause irreparable damage to
the knives and the engine
SPECIAL FEATURES
In case of a power cut of less than seven minutes, the machine will continue the process from
the point where it stopped. If the power cut lasts more than nine minutes, the machine returns
to the beginning of the process.
In case of overheating or excessively cold temperature, the machine will automatically switch off
and display the "E00" or "E01" errors. A beep will indicate that the machine has stopped. In this
case remove the baking pan until it returns to room temperature, when you can begin the
process again.
