Alarm description
SECTION II: INST ALL ATION AND MAINTEN ANCE
• LFC-LBG remote control
To remotel y c ontrol the two signals, c onnect the two l amps acc ording to
the i nstructions pr ovided in the wiring diagram supplied with the
mac hine ( max. 24 Vac).
II.8.1.4
Remote management using accessories
supplied separately
It is possible to remotel y control the entire machi ne by linking a second
keyboard to the one built into the mac hine (KTR1 accessor y).
To select the remote c ontrol s ys tem, c ons ult paragraph II.2. The us e
and installation of r emote control s ystems are described in the
Instructions s heet enclosed with the them.
II.9 START-UP INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT !
Machine commissioning or the first start up (wh ere
provided for) must be car ried out b y skilled
personnel from workshops authorised b y
S.p.A., qualified to wor k on this t yp e of product.
DANGER !
Before starting up, m ake sur e that the in stallation
and electrical connections conform with the
instructions in the wiring diagram . Also make sure
that there ar e no unauthorised per sons in the
vicinit y of the machine dur ing the above oper ations.
IMPORTANT !
The use and maintenance m anual for the safet y
valve, fans and pumps is en closed with this manual
and must be r ead in all its p arts.
DANGER !
At an y time wh en the g as charge is being topped
up, do NOT approach the preset calibr ation levels
of the safet y valve. W hen they are set off, there is a
loud and violent outburst of gas and o il.
IMPORTANT !
Several hours befor e starting (at least 12), switch
on the power to the unit in ord er to supply the
electrical heaters to heat up the compressor
crankcase. Each time the unit start s up the
crankcase h eater swit ches off automatically.
Pay particular attention to the s afety val ves on the outl et, c alibrated at
29 Barg. The s afety val ve is fitted with 90° elbows which s houl d be
fitted facing downwar ds and may be ducted away in accordanc e with
the rec ommendations of the val ve manufacturers.
The liquid recei ver is equipped with s afety val ves rated at 32 bar.
