TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem
The player will not play..
CD skips while playing.
Radio sound distorted.
No radio sound.
Unit enters STANDBY
mode after 10
minutes (approx.).
Possible Cause
Unit not in CD mode.
CD is not installed or
installed incorrectly.
Disc is dirty or scratched.
The station is not tuned
in.
There is interference
The unit is not in radio
mode.
The volume is on the
minimum setting.
Power saving function
enabled.
Possible Solution
Select CD mode.
Load a CD with label
side up.
Wipe the disc with a cloth
or use another disc.
Fine tune the station.
Reposition the unit.
Select radio mode.
Adjust the volume level.
This is normal operation
due to new ECO
regulation requirements
this product incorporates
a power saving feature.
