1. Proper Use
This product may only be used for the purposes specified in the catalogues and the technical
descriptions, i.e. to clean items specified in this operating manual, and only in conjunction with
third-party equipment and components recommended or approved by EMAG AG. Any other
or additional use shall be deemed not to be in accordance with its intended purpose. In case of
non-intended use, EMAG AG assumes no liability for any damage that may occur. The intended
use also includes observing all instructions in the operating instructions. This is indicated by
the symbol
on the type plate. The correct and safe operation of the product requires proper
transport, proper storage, installation and assembly as well as careful operation and maintenance.
The recurring tests according to BGV A3 must be observed. The device must be installed in such a
way that the power plug is freely accessible at all times.

2. Improper Use

Attention! Please use this product only to clean items specified in this manual. The ultrasonic
cleaning device should only be used in conjunction with third-party devices and components
recommended or approved by EMAG AG. If the product is used in a manner that is contrary
to its intended purpose, risks to life and limb as well as damage to property can occur. For this
reason, improper use is prohibited. In case of improper use, EMAG AG assumes no liability for any
damage that may occur. In order to prevent the use of the ultrasonic cleaning device in violation
of its intended purpose, the following instructions must be observed:
• The ultrasonic cleaning device may only be operated with the power voltage printed on the
type plate located on rear panel of the housing, in a grounded electrical socket.
• Do not use flammable or aggressive chemicals (i.e. acids etc.) for operation of the equipment.
If necessary, use glass container EM 50 DG.
• Do not touch the cleaning fluid during ultrasonic cleaning.
• If transport damage is detected, do not connect the ultrasonic cleaning device to the power
source.
• Do not clean organic creatures (i.e. fingernails, animals, etc.) in the ultrasonic cleaning device.
• The ultrasonic cleaning device must only be operated with the correct level of water (water
up to mark, about 1 cm below the upper edge). This must be checked regularly for longer
operating times.
• More heavily soiled items shall be positioned in the equipment with the soiled side down and
do not stack.
• The material to be cleaned must not be placed directly on the bottom of the tub (use the
hanging basket).
• If the equipment is to be operated for a longer time, do not stay longer than 4 hours within a
1 m distance of the equipment.
• The device may only be operated indoors and in a dry environment.
• It is normal that the top edges of the tub warm up during extended operation.
• Be sure to unplug the power cord before emptying the tub.
• The formation of ultrasonic friction can cause the water to heat intensely.
• Heating up without ultrasonic use, can cause discoloration of the tub and damage the heater.
The heater may only be used in combination with the ultrasound.
3. User's Manual
Check the specification table fort he correct operating requirements (located on the rear of the
unit).
Startup
Fill the tub with tap water and appropriate cleaning or disinfection concentrate until the level is
filled below the bath rim. Plug the power cord into the power socket on the rear of the device and
connect it to the protective contact socket. To switch on the device, briefly press the «ON/OFF»
