Operating Zeon Endeavour Series
Zeon Endeavour series has a control pad conveniently located on the front of the battery pack. The lighting control pad
is easy to use – just touch the On/Off control pad with any part of your hand to turn the system on and off, or to change the
brightness of the headlight.
• Zeon Endeavour / Zeon Endeavour TruColor has three light intensities, ranging from 34 to 68 Lumens.
• Zeon Endeavour XL / Zeon Endeavour TruColor XL has three light intensities, ranging from 53 to 85 Lumens.
Point the headlight away from your eyes
because the light beam is strong.
1. To turn on Zeon Endeavour series, touch and hold the On/Off control
pad for a minimum of 2 seconds (Figure 1).
2. To increase the brightness, tap the On/Off control pad. With each tap,
the brightness increases until the highest setting is reached.
Then the light returns to the lowest setting by tapping the pad again.
3. To turn off Zeon Endeavour series, touch and hold the On/Off control pad
for a minimum of 2 seconds.
Problem
Headlight does not turn on
Low battery indicator light (scarlet LED)
is lit/on constant
Low battery indicator light (scarlet LED)
is lit/on, flashing on and off
Charging indicator light (amber LED) is
flashing on and off.

Troubleshooting

Solution
Make sure the headlight cable is properly connected to the battery pack and
to the headlight.
Indicates the battery is low while the headlight is ON.
Charge the battery.
Indicates the battery is low while the headlight is OFF.
Charge the battery.
Indicates a charging fault. Disconnect and then reconnect the power supply
cable from the battery pack.
