Align the Printer

When the Everest printer is installed or replaced, you may need to align it to the
lift arm to the printer.

Tools Needed: Torx T25 driver

Access the Jog Lift Diagnostic Test

1. Power on the Professional. Allow the system to fully initialize.

Important! Initialization takes approximately 5 minutes. Be sure to wait
until the system fully initializes.
2. Be sure that the autoloader is in diagnostic test mode. Follow the
and Select Diagnostic Tests
3. Press the operator button four times and hold on the last press until the
operator panel displays [STARTING TEST RELEASE BUTTON].
4. Release the operator button. The operator panel displays [LOAD MEDIA
PRESS TO CONT] and the printer tray opens.

Test the Printer Alignment

1. Place one disc on the printer tray so that the center pin comes up through
the center hole of the disc, and the disc is in the recessed area of the printer
tray.
2. Press and release the operator button. The operator panel displays
[PRESS/RELEASE TO JOG HOLD TO EXIT].
3. Press and release the operator button. The lift arm picks up the disc.
4. Press and release the operator button. The lift arm places the disc on the
printer tray.
