PFLEGE UND SCHMIERUNG
1. Schmieren Sie regelmässig nach 10
Betriebsstungen 2 Schmiernippel am
Zwischenträger.
2. Zwischendurch
kontrolliert werden.
3. Schmieren Sie die Gelenkwelle nach
dem beigelegten Schmierplan.
4. Das
Haupt-Getriebe
halbflüssigem Fett EP-0 gefüllt, das nur
falls
nötig
und
nachgefüllt wird. Das Getriebefett muss
immer
bis zum
Antriebswelle reichen.
5. Vor
dem
täglichen
Funktionieren der Getriebe- Drahtseil und
Getriebe festigkeit in Einsatzposition des
Mähers kontrolieren.
PERIODISCHE KONTROLLEN
Der Scheibenrotationsmäher muss einmal
jährlich
gründlich
Zeitweilige periodische Kontrollen während
des
Jahres
sind
Schmierung und Wartung erforderlich.
Die Kontrolle umfängt:
Kontrolle des Antriebsgehäuses, ob die
Schrauben und Muttern fest angezogen
sind,
Verschleiss der Scheiben,
Verschleiss und Austausch der Messer,
Kontrolle des Gelenkwellenschutzes am
Mähwerkantrieb,
Schmierung
nach
Wartungsanleitung,
Kontrolle
der
Sicherungsbleche
Schutztücher.

according to the enclosed instructions.
4. The cutter bar is filled with semi-liquid
grease EP-0. Add this EP-0 only if
necessary or in remount.
5. Check daily, before work, the function of
gearbox steel-wire and gearbox fixation
when the mower in working position.
PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
A thorough periodic overhaul is necessary for
rotarary disc mower every year. The mower
should also be overhauled from time to time
during the year to see if lubricating or
maintenance is needed.
Overhaul consists of:
Gear-box control in order to check that
screws and nuts are fastened enough.
Control of outwearness of discs.
Control of outwearness and replacement
of knives.
Examination of P.T.O. Shaft protection.
Lubrication according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubrication.
Examination of the protection plates and
curtains.
