Activate the Dual zone
1. Select a heat setting by touching the "-" or "+" control.
2. Adjust the heating setting between power levels 1 and 9
(e.g. 6)
3. Central section of the dual cooking zone will switch on.
4. Touching the dual zone control "◎" , you can activate
the outer section as well.
5.A neon above the dual cooking zone control will light

alternately.
Deactivate the Dual zone
1. Touching dual zone control "◎" again, the dual zone
function is deactivated.
2. The cooking zone indicator show "6".

Cooking Tips

• When food comes to the boil, reduce the power setting.
• Using a lid will reduce cooking times and save energy by retaining the heat.
• Minimise the amount of liquid or fat to reduce cooking times.
