Before assembly sanding paper always remove the plug from the mains.

Coarse sand-paper (grain 50) removes in general the bigger part of the material and fine sand-
paper (grain 120) is used for the finishing.

Replacing the sanding sole
The sole has to be replaced when the Velcro has been worn out.

Before replacing the sanding sole disconnect the sander from the mains.
•
Remove the sandpaper of the sole.
•
Remove the screws which the sole is fixed to the sander.
•
Remove the sole.
•
Install the new sole on the sander.
•
Tighten the screws well.
4. USE
Operation
•
Push in the on/off switch (1) to start the machine.
•
By adjusting the adjusting wheel (8) you can regulate the speed.
•
The ventilating apertures (4) on the housing must remain clear to ensure optimum cooling
of the motor.
•
Move the sander over the surface of your workpiece.
•
Let loose the same on/off switch to stop the machine.
•
The on/off switch can be blocked in position "ON" by pushing the lock-on button (9) on the
side, while you keep pushing the on/off switch. The machine can be stopped by briefly
pushing the on/off switch again.
Prevent pushing too much on the machine during sanding. Excessive sanding
pressure does not lead to increased sanding capacity, but increases wear of the
machine and the sandpaper.
Grips
The sander is equipped with two grips: a handle at the front side and one on the back side.

Sustitución de la hoja de papel de lija (Ø 125mm)

Retire siempre el enchufe de la fuente de alimentación eléctrica antes de colocar la
hoja de papel de lija.
El papel de lija (5) se sujeta con Velcro para facilitar la sustitución.
•
Simplemente retire el papel de lija.
•
Presione la hoja nueva en el centro de la placa lijadora (6).
El papel de lija áspero (50 granos) remueve, en términos generales, la mayor parte del material.
Para el acabado, use papel de lija fino (120 granos).
Sustitución de la placa lijadora
La placa lijadora se debe sustituir cuando el Velcro se ha gastado.
Antes de sustituir la placa, desconecte la lijadora de la toma de alimentación
eléctrica.
•
Retire el papel de lija de la placa.
•
Retire los tornillos que sujetan la placa a la lijadora.
•
Retire la placa.
•
Instale la placa nueva en la lijadora.
•
Vuelva a colocar los tornillos bien apretados.
4. USO
Procedimiento
•
Apriete el interruptor de Encendido/Apagado (1) para poner en marcha la máquina.
•
Mediante la rueda de ajuste (8) puede regular la velocidad.
•
Los orificios de ventilación (4) de la máquina deben permanecer libres para asegurar un
óptimo enfriamiento del motor.
•
Mueva la lijadora sobre la superficie o pieza de trabajo.
•
Suelte el interruptor de Encendido/Apagado para detener el funcionamiento de la
máquina.
•
El interruptor de Encendido/Apagado se puede bloquear en la posición "ON" (encendido)
pulsando el botón de bloqueo (9) que se encuentra en un costado de la máquina mientras
sostiene pulsado el interruptor. La lijadora se puede apagar presionando de nuevo,
brevemente, el interruptor de Encendido/Apagado.
