Answering machine in the telephone network
If your telephone network provider has an answering machine available for you in the tele-
phone network (e.g. within the scope of T−Net from DEUTSCHE TELEKOM), the envelope

icon (VMWI ) appears to indicate new messages have been recorded for you.
The answering machine in the telephone network (e.g. the T−Net−Box) is an optional
service offered by your telephone network provider. Contact your network provider for
further information.
R button and supplementary services
Telephone network providers, such as DEUTSCHE TELEKOM, offer a range of supplementary
services for fees. These supplementary services include brokering, call waiting and three−way
conference, for example.
Supplementary services such as brokering, call waiting and conference calls are op-
tional services offered by your telephone network provider. Contact your telephone
network provider for further information.
Your AUDIOLINE phone supports these services. These supplementary services can be used
via the R button. Please ask your telephone network provider which recall time must be set in
