Damage avoidance!

• All inflatables are sensitive to cold.
Never unfold and inflate the article under a
temperature of 15 °C!
• If the air pressure increases in direct sunlight
then this must be offset by releasing some of
the air.
• Please ensure that the article does not come
into contact with stones, gravel or sharp
objects, particularly when inflated, and that
it does not scrape or rub on any objects as this
can cause damage to the foil.
• Only insert a suitable pump adapter into the
safety valve to ensure that the valves are not
damaged.
• Do not inflate the product too far as this can
lead to rips in the welded seams. Close valves
securely after inflation.
• Avoid contact with sharp, hot, pointed or
hazardous objects.

Assembly

Assembly should always be carried out
by an adult. Please follow the individu-
al assembly steps in the given order.
1. Choose a level, clean area with sufficient
space to unpack and unfold the bouncy
castle. Ensure that all the parts are present
and in perfect condition. From the second
assembly onwards you should check the
bouncy castle for possible damage, holes
and rips and then repair these as described
below.

2. Inflation

Caution!
• Always fill the air chambers com-
pletely!
• Avoid over-inflating the air chambers
as this can lead to over-stretching or
even to rips in the welded seams.
• Use a standard foot pump or a
double-stroke piston pump with the
corresponding pump adapters to
inflate the article.

• Do not use a compressor or com
pressed air bottles to inflate the arti-
cle. This can damage the article.
• Please ensure that the chambers are
evenly filled with air.
• Inflate each air chamber until it feels
hard. The air chamber should give
slightly under thumb pressure.
Sequence
CAUTION!
Follow this sequence when inflating the
air chambers. Always fully inflate all air
chambers.
1. Floor chamber (1)
2. Side arches (2)
3. Sidewalls (3)
4. Cross members (4)
5. Basketball basket and backboard (5)
Filling
1. Open the valve cover (figure B).
2. Inflate the air chambers.
3. Close the valve cover and apply slight pressu-
re to insert the valve.

3. Attaching the sidewalls

Inflate the three sidewalls. Knot the side walls
with four cords each (6) to the eyelets on the
side arches (figure C).

Disassembly

Remove the three sidewalls and deflate them.
To do this extract the valve stem from the valve
and press it together gently so that the air can
escape.
Deflate the bouncy castle as follows:
1. In order to quickly deflate the floor open
the screw cover and remove the stopper
(figure D).
2. To deflate the side arches, sidewalls, cross
members, backboard and basketball ring
extract the stopper valves from the recesses
and press the stems together gently.
3. Deflate the ball (7) and the rings (8) as
described in item 2.
