5. Press and rotate the knob (B) counter-clockwise (pos. (D)) and simultaneously press the
piezoelectric switch (A) repeatedly to ignite the pilot flame.
6. Hold down the knob for about 10 sec. to trigger the thermocouple.
7. Rotate the knob (B) clockwise to set flame power.
8. Place food products on the cook grill.
9. When food product is cooked, remove it using the specific utensils.
Caution - Precaution
To avoid burn hazards, place and remove food products with specific utensils.
For first appliance use, remove any protective film lining and run at maximum tem-
perature (about 15 minutes) without food product to eliminate any unpleasant
odours. Wait until the appliance cools and, if odour persists, repeat the operation.

APPLIANCE CLEANING

To clean the appliance (at the end of the day or when necessary) TURN OFF THE GAS
SUPPLY and let cool.

– Remove the cook grill and residue tray.
– Wash the grill and tray with food safe detergents and rinse and dry thoroughly before re-
assembling.
– Accurately clean the work surface and all surrounding areas.
– Clean external appliance surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution - Precaution
Only clean with suitable detergents. Never use corrosive or flammable cleaning
products or products that contain substances harmful to human health.
In the event of prolonged appliance disuse, TURN OFF THE GAS SUPPLY and, after
cleaning, adequately protect it to keep it clean.
