Appliances with stainless steel housing
1. Use a non-abrasive detergent for stainless steel available at your supermarket.
2. Use a maintenance product for stainless steel. Use such a product carefully and
economically.
3. Do not clean the control panel with a detergent for stainless steel. Use a damp
cloth.
4. When you clean or replace the grease filters or the carbon filters also clean all visible
components on the bottom side of the appliance with a mild, non- acrid and fat-
solving detergent.
5. Do not damage the grid of metal-made grease filters. The colour of the metal surface
may change due to frequently cleaning them as well as the use of aggressive
detergents.
6. Such changes do not influence the capacity of the appliance and do not constitute
any reason of complaint.

Changing the grease filter
Once a month
After two months or replace it, when the colour of the filter
becomes visible. Such a filter is coloured on one side. This
colour has not to be visible after installing the filter.
Soak it once a month in warm and soapy water. Do not
wring it out. Replace the filter after 5-6 cleaning periods.
You do not need to replace metal filters. Clean them once
a month by hand or in a dishwasher ( 60
acrid or corrosive detergents. Dry the filters properly before
you reinstall them.
