7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the appliance from the mains before you clean or maintain it.
1. Never use any alcohol-containing detergents for cleaning matt black coloured
appliances for these detergents cause changes of the colour.
2. Clean or replace the grease filters regularly. Fat-saturated filters will easily catch fire
and cause unpleasant odours.
3. Contaminated grease filters increase the capacity of the appliance.

get into the panel and damage the electric components.
