DYNAMIC OPERATIONAL TEST - MANDATORY
Important! The VacuCobra may not be used before this test has been carried out and signed below!
When the installation of the VacuCobra is carried out, and before the VacuCobra is put into operation, it must be
submitted to a dynamic operational test at the place of installation. The dynamic operational test must be carried
out by qualified technicians with a load of 1.25 times the maximum load specified by the manufacturer. This test
shall be carried out for each motion of the VacuCobra, testing its full function, with repeated starts and stops
throughout the complete working range.
This test shall be considered successful if the VacuCobra has been found to perform all its functions and if the
examination subsequent to the test reveals no damage to mechanisms or structural components, and no connection
has been loosened or been damaged.

Cuando la instalación del VacuCobra se ha llevado a cabo, y antes de ponerlo en uso, debe someterse a una
revisión de operatividad dinámica en el sitio de la instalación. Este test debe ser realizado por técnicos cualificados,
con una carga de 1'25 veces el máximo de carga especificado por el fabricante. Este test se debe realizar para
cada movimiento del VacuCobra, revisando su completo funcionamiento, con repetidas puestas en marcha y
paradas durante el proceso completo de trabajo.
Este test se considerará satisfactorio si el VacuCobra ha cumplido con todas sus funciones y si el examen posterior
al test no revela ningún daño en el mecanismo ó componentes estructurales, y que la conexión no se haya perdido
ó dañado.

Quand l'installation du VacuCobra est terminée, et avant sa mise en service, elle doit être soumise a des essais sur
le lieu d'utilisation. Ces essais doivent être effectués par des techniciens qualifiés, avec une charge 1.25 fois plus
lourde que la charge maxi spécifiée par le fabricant. Les essais doivent être effectués selon tous les mouvements
du VacuCobra, pour tester toutes ses fonctions, avec des démarrages et des arrêts répétés, à toutes les étapes de
travail.
Ces essais seront considérés comme concluants si le VacuCobra a parfaitement réagi à toutes les situations et si
le contrôle final ne révèle aucun dommage sur le mécanisme ou sur les composants de la structure, et si aucun
raccordement n'a été détaché ou endommagé.
