Manufacturer's warranty

We warrant our instruments for a period of 1 year – without prejudice to the final cus-
tomer's rights against the dealer – as follows:
We shall make good, by repair or replacement of the product at our option, any defect
shown to be due to faulty materials or workmanship that impedes or prevents the correct
functioning of that product. Consequential damages are excluded from the manufacturer's
warranty.
The duration of the manufacturer's warranty is as stated in our Terms of Business and
Conditions of Sale. Proof that the product is still within the warranty period must be fur-
nished by also returning the invoice, delivery note or equivalent document stating the
date of purchase.
The purchaser shall bear all transport costs.
If modifications are made to the instrument that are not described here, or if it is disas-
sembled, the warranty is void.
