In the event of an alarm

If an alarm is given, proceed as follows:
Determine which hazard detector is giving the alarm.

Investigate the cause of the alarm and if necessary initiate appropriate action.
As a basic rule, always save human life before considering property.
Break-in: You should always plan what to do in advance should a break-in alarm be
given. Your local police crime prevention officer will give you advice on this subject.
Do not, however, put yourself in a dangerous situation. The loud alarm tone emitted by
the control unit, together with any additional sounders that may be installed (switched on
by an F.STM radio switch module) are a highly effective deterrent to intruders.
Alarms can be acknowledged at the F.KO radio control unit.
