If the mounting bracket is used for the instrument, the PC board must first be completely
removed by undoing the retaining screw (Fig. 3) Mount the bracket base in a suitable

position on the wall or in a corner. The knockout in the middle of the detector enclosure
is then opened, and the mounting bracket is screwed onto the detector housing through
this opening.
The PC board is then replaced in the enclosure and secured with the retaining screw, and
the detector is then adjusted. Please only hold the PC board at its edges during this pro-
cess and avoid direct contact between the fingers and the electronic components (to pro-
tect against electrostatic discharges).
